Candy Corn DIY Halloween Hair Clip

Step 1

To begin, cut three pieces of white ribbon to 5 inches long.

Step 2

From the middle, fold one piece of ribbon down about 60 degrees then bring it to the back to form a triangle. Use glue to hold the shape.

Step 3

Cut three 1-1/4 inch pieces of orange ribbon and three 1-1/2 inch pieces of yellow ribbon.

Step 4

Place the orange ribbon in the center of the white triangle, wrap the ends around and glue to the back.

Step 5

Place the yellow ribbon over the wide edge of the triangle, overlapping the orange slightly, wrap the ends around and glue to the back.

Step 6

Carefully cut off the excess white ribbon ends on the bottom and use glue to seal the candy corn closed

Step 7

Repeat the steps for each candy corn.

Step 8

Cut a piece of yellow ribbon long enough to wrap the clip. Apply glue to one end of the ribbon and glue to the underneath of the top side of the clip, with the clip open. Close the clip and apply glue to the top while pulling the ribbon over the end and press it onto the top of the clip. Continue gluing the ribbon to the pinching end of the clip.
